Front Blora Selatan
The South Blora Front or FBS has been a long process for the activist community in Randublatung which has been involved in a work network of activist organisations in the big cities of Indonesia. In August 2005, FBS got together with a vision to change the environmental, economic and social conditions around Blora. FBS functions as learning space to raise awareness and organise the population to take action against bureaucratic and corrupt leadership in Blora. FBS focuses particularly on political corruption, farmers' rights, and the management of natural resources, particularly forests, natural gas, and oil. FBS action includes demonstrating publicly and vocally. FBS is also enthusiastic about conserving local art and culture in Randublatung and Blora. As a community of young people, FBS is always trying to build communication with different sectors of society that have the same aims and to look for ways to work together.
